Reading slides
So for the past term we have been reading novels that we have given feedback So we all went to a book Restaurant and we read some of the books and had a look at the menu and the books that liked we put on a scoring card and then we waited and then we got given the books that we enjoyed the most and I was given Dead Harry and it is based on Kid that is still in primary school that was killed by 2 people and his ghost still is around and is helping His best friend called Sam and that the same people are after his best friend but Harry's ghost has super powers where he can have vibes of what people are feeling like he can read minds and he is obviously invincible and they get the same people come after them for the whole book. After we read the book we had to fill out a slide with lots of questions and once we had done all of the questions we had to record what we had wrote down.
Have you read this book before?
Would you enjoy this book?

Good morning, good evening and good night. Ladies and gentleman, boys and girls, the moment we have all been waiting for. May I present my reading task.
For Reading this week we have been reading poems and we have been trying to learn about visualising using all of our senses through these 2 poems.
Here are these 2 poems

Nature's Way
Upon a nice mid-spring day,
Let's take a look at Nature's way.
Breathe the scent of nice fresh air,
Feel the breeze within your hair.
The grass will poke between your toes,
Smell the flowers with your nose.
Clouds form shapes within the skies,
And light will glisten from your eyes.
Hear the buzzing of the bees,
Climb the tallest willow trees.
Look across the meadow way,
And you shall see a young deer play.
Pick the daisies as they grow,
Watch a gentle cold stream flow.
Know the sounds of water splash,
Catch its glimmer in a flash.
When altogether all seems sound,
Lay yourself upon the ground.
Take a moment to inhale,
And listen to Nature tell her tale...
Now it is your turn - Annotate this poem with what senses you are visualising with as you read.
The winter evening settles down
With smell of steaks in passageways.
Six o'clock.
The burnt-out ends of smoky days.
And now a gusty shower wraps
The grimy scraps
Of withered leaves about your feet
And newspapers from vacant lots;
The showers beat
On broken blinds and chimney-pots,
And at the corner of the street
A lonely cab-horse steams and stamps.
And then the lighting of the lamps.
The winter evening settles down
With smell of steaks in passageways.
Six o'clock.
The burnt-out ends of smoky days.

And at the corner of the street

And then the lighting of the lamps.
