So this week in kaupeka we have been making a fitness circuit with a partner and we got to timetable a fitness in 6 workshops and then we got to choose from other peoples circuits as well as our own ones and Me and y partner mad a basketball circuit were you dribble a basketball up court and then you take a shot in each hoop and if you miss that is 5 push ups and then if you made it you kinda got a get out of jail free card and that you didn't have to do anything and you had to save up all of your push ups till the end of the session and then you had to do the push ups and you are allowed to have a break in between. If you didn't do all of the push ups you had to do them the next day.
